We offer standard shipping with tracking number on all US and international orders.

All orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Any payment authorization/verification, international customs screening, weather conditions, or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment.

Please allow for the following timeframe in delivery:

US orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
International orders take 2-5 weeks to arrive.

Certain products qualify for express delivery at no extra costs. Please check each product's shipping description for details. For express delivery, please allow for the following timeframe:
US orders may take 3-7 business days to arrive. 
International orders may take 3-14 business days to arrive.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will be closed on these days to observe the following holidays:

New Year’s Day: January 1 and 2

Easter: April 14 and 17

Victoria Day: May 22

St Jean Baptiste: June 24

Canada Day: July 1

Labor Day: September 4

Thanksgiving Day : October 9

Christmas: December 22, 25, 26 and 29

International shipping

Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

The amount paid for the order does not reflect any importation taxes. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
